Come and join us on Monday evenings for an hour of movement, breath and mindfulness.

Julia is a teacher who is passionate about yoga as a practice for physical and mental wellbeing on and off the mat. As informed by her work as a psychiatric nurse, her classes incorporate skills for practicing nervous system regulation, self-compassion and increasing awareness of body-mind connection.

For beginners & returning musicians of violin, viola, cello or double bass. BYO instrument, music stand & sense of humour. Music supplied, all ages welcome. $25 yearly registration fee. Fortnightly on Fridays. Breaks for school term holidays. 

Regarding booking: Please book your first session and pay the fee. Choose the subsequent sessions you wish to attend and select the “Already Paid” option and let coordinator Dianna Walpole when you will be attending. This is to ensure we know who will be present and can plan accordingly.

Learn the power of hip movement, hair flipping, body rolls, and dancing comfortably in heels. Ludmilla’s classy choreography combines funk and elegance which oozes sultriness. You will have the opportunities to perform this routine in local events around Melbourne (optional).
