Between Monday 2 August 2021 6:30 PM and Monday 6 December 2021 6:30 PM Monthly sessions during which we will use some easy techniques for mindfulness-based relaxation and sensible, practical approaches to integrate them into your busy lives.
With these meditation techniques you can learn how to relax your body and mind, which in turn can improve your focus and improve your sleep. Come on a creative journey and explore the world of artist books and journals. Learn construction methods such as simple binding stitches and concertina folds. Using new and recycled papers, collage, botanically printed papers as well as found and treasured objects, create your own artist book or journal. A variety of materials will be available, but feel free to bring any items that you would like to incorporate into your artist book. Suitable for all levels of experience.
