In this mat-based class, our qualified instructor will improve your balance and core strength through a range of movements that will leave you feeling strong and renewed. Zone out to the world and re-tune your body.
Tuesday evenings, 6pm – 7pm. Casual attendance $15 per class or buy a five-class yoga and pilates pass for $70.
