Cathy Dixon is a psychologist and counsellor. She has undertaken teacher training in mindfulness at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University, Wales. She delivers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programs, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy groups, uses mindfulness with clients in her counselling work, and enjoys the benefits of mindfulness practices in her own life.
