Over 6 sessions we will cover some easy techniques for mindfulness-based relaxation and sensible, practical approaches to integrate them into your busy lives.
With these meditation techniques you can learn how to relax your body and mind, which in turn can improve your focus and improve your sleep. These techniques also form the basis for stress reduction and pain management.
