Instructor: Teresa Batten. Improve breath flow and connect mind and body through gentle stretching and asana postures. This class finishes with a relaxing meditation session to leave you calm and refreshed.
All levels are welcome. Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
