Share in an immersive, sensory workshop to explore how these organic gifts from the earth can assist you on your personal journey. During our time together, we will cover:
- What Essential Oils are and how to use them safely as part of your self-care practice
- Essential Oils for detoxing the home
- Essential Oils for emotional and energetic support including sleep issues, stress and anxiety
- Essential Oils for supporting physical health, wellbeing and immunity when energy reserves are low.
Essential Oils can help support your emotions, moods, immunity, digestion, sleep, breathe life back into your skin, and provide safer alternatives for home cleaners (while being kinder to the environment and your pocket).
With bliss balls and some take-home goodies provided, this workshop helps to take your self-care routine to a new level. Participants will also have the opportunity to purchase essential oils on the day if they wish.
